Nottingham College is seeking a 16-18 Attendance Officer to support students with regular attendance, identify barriers to attendance and provide encouragement and practical support to stay engaged in learning.

You will work closely with curriculum teams, students and parents/carers, monitor attendance patterns, and escalate issues following College procedures.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
