Edwalton Pharmacy is a busy and friendly pharmacy located in Edwalton Village. The post holder will be a people person, demonstrating a welcoming and friendly approach when assisting customers at the counter. You will also support the pharmacist in dispensing medication.

Main duties include:
- Assist in the sale of over-the-counter medicines.
- Complete prescription receipt and collection processes.
- Order, receive, and store pharmaceutical stock.
- Liaise with customers across all sales areas, including specialised products, providing a highly personalised service.
- Manage stock levels, replenish stock, and maintain cleanliness in sales areas.
- Receive and verify incoming supplies against orders, and inform the supervisor of stock needs and shortages.
- Assist in maximising sales and profits by analysing seasonal trends and selecting appropriate products.
- Process payments via the till, including handling credit/debit cards, cheques, and accounts.
- Assist in reconciling the till at the end of shifts or days, as requested.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are maintained.
- Update sales display areas, keeping abreast of market trends and advertising.
- Serve customers with high standards of care, aiming to maximise sales through helpful and friendly service.
- Utilise specialist product knowledge when required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Complete any required compulsory training.
- Perform other duties reasonably expected within the role.
