A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 physiotherapist to join the community rotational programme within Nottingham CityCare Partnerships Adult Services. This distinctive programme will support you with bespoke education and training, regular supervision, and CPD opportunities across the organisation.
Surrounded by the best clinical and support staff, you will be creating forward thinking and innovative approaches to managing people with multiple pathology and complex health needs. CityCare has a robust 12 month Preceptorship Programme, and additional clinical supervision, support and training will be provided by senior physiotherapists within the teams and the Professional Lead for Allied Health Professions.
Six month rotations are with the MSK Clinics Team, Integrated Respiratory Service, Urgent Care and Reablement Teams, including our community beds and at home service. It is a great opportunity to utilise a comprehensive and patient centred approach to management of neuromusculoskeletal, respiratory and long term conditions, maximising function and independence, admission avoidance and supported.
