The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.
This is your opportunity to join the team at Wollaton Vale Health as a Band 2 Receptionist. This is a part-time position working Monday - Friday 1 pm to 5 pm.
Responsibilities
- Each day is varied; you will prioritise, multitask and use your own initiative with matters that arise.
- Provide reception, organisational, communication, IT and administrative support.
- SystmOne experience would be an advantage, but training will be given.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
- Confidently complete tasks using your own initiative without supervision, support wider building issues and maintain confidentiality and data protection.
- Be flexible to cover and may need to work from alternative sites across the Nottingham CityCare area.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Good reception, organisational, communication, IT and administrative skills.
- SystmOne experience is desirable; training will be provided if not already held.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative; understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
- Flexibility to cover across locations within the Nottingham CityCare area.
