Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is recruiting a Children and Young Peoples Practitioner (CYPP) for the Mary Potter/central team to support the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme in community settings and homes.

You will work with Health Visitors to deliver universal and targeted public health messages, using a restorative and empathetic approach, and ensure safeguarding support and professional development through our training and supervision framework.
