You will oversee service delivery, quality assurance and workforce development, ensuring children receive timely, effective support that keeps them safe and promotes positive outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across Family Help, education, health and partner agencies, you will lead a collaborative approach that places children and families at the centre of decision-making. You will support the development of strong community relationships and help ensure services work together effectively to respond to need and reduce escalation wherever possible.
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational social work leader with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving service improvement. You will be passionate about developing others, creating a positive culture and supporting practitioners to deliver excellent relationship-based practice.
Through your leadership, you will help embed Nottingham's vision for a more connected, child-centred social care system, ensuring children and families experience consistent support, strong professional relationships and better outcomes
