The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of business change initiatives undertaken by Parking. They will be required to introduce, maintain, and develop performance reports across a range of fields, ensuring the parking assets are providing best value for the citizens of Nottingham. We are looking for highly customer-oriented individuals to join our team. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to learn a subject from scratch, detailed knowledge of computer systems, strong motivational skills to meet personal deadlines, work with minimum supervision, and be an active team member.
Responsibilities
- Introduce, maintain, and develop performance reports across a range of fields ensuring parking assets provide best value.
- Promote Parking service offers and products by attending events in and around the city.
- Support the development, implementation, and promotion of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a range of software packages and bespoke software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, and Project, as well as Parking Logic, SWEB Access, IPS, RingGo, E-Com and INS.
- Recognise the importance of stakeholder and customer retention and apply techniques to retain clientele.
- Accurately record and maintain records of agreements made with customers regarding offers and products in accordance with NCC policy and procedures.
