About the Role:
- As part of the Maintenance team, you will ensure that the site is maintained to a high standard for public use and for incoming companies, cast and crew.
- You will assist staff with general upkeep, carry out repairs from the maintenance log, liaise with contractors for planned and reactive maintenance, and perform regular compliance checks such as asbestos or legionella as required.
About You:
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, with problem‑solving experience in a similar maintenance background.
- Experience with tools and a basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
- Experience and ability to liaise with contractors, staff and members of the public.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Fluency in English is an essential requirement.
