About the Role:

The Theatre Royal and Concert Hall is looking for a Casual Stage Door Keeper. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing stage door cover, which involves:

  • Receiving and directing incoming phone calls/emails
  • Managing a fire panel
  • Fire evacuation coordination
  • Controlling vehicle parking for the centre

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Being IT literate
  • Dealing with the public, incoming company managers, and performers
  • Working effectively as a member of the Technical Department
  • Sorting incoming post and receiving goods to the stage door and dock

This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers), and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
