Working as part of the Estates and Caretaking Team, you will deliver a high-quality caretaking and cleaning service across communal internal and external areas, including high-rise and low-rise blocks and Independent Living Schemes. The role involves maintaining the appearance and safety of buildings and surrounding areas through regular cleaning, waste management, and seasonal tasks such as clearing access routes during adverse weather. We bring together talent, celebrate diversity, and create lasting value for the communities we serve. As a fair and inclusive employer, we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and abilities. We recognise that artificial intelligence (AI) can be a helpful tool when preparing your application. AI can guide you, but only your own words and experiences truly matter; we want to see the real you. All examples and statements must be your own, accurate, and reflect your true experience and values. AI tools do not understand context, think critically, or assess the reliability of information, which means AI-generated responses can feel generic and may not accurately represent who you are. We recruit fairly and inclusively; showing your real self is what helps you succeed. We welcome applications from candidates who already have the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship.
