About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and organised individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant. Working in a fast paced, busy team your role will be to have conduct of pre-litigated matters. In addition, you will be required to support Solicitors in the team with non-litigated and litigated work. This work includes obtaining documents, research, complying with pre-action disclosure obligations, analysing evidence, assessing liability & quantum, drafting, providing internal advice, contact with the Court and external solicitors where appropriate. You may be required to attend Court hearings with Solicitors or Counsel. An organised and efficient approach to the role is essential due to deadlines. You will be provided with appropriate supervision and support by experienced Solicitors within the team.
