In this exciting role, you'll help lead the delivery of high-quality leisure services across Nottingham, supporting colleagues to provide safe, welcoming, and engaging environments for our customers.
You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring teams, driving performance, and ensuring our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and effectively. Working closely with colleagues across the service, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of creating healthier, happier, and more active communities.

About You:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- First Aid at Work (if not, you are expected to obtain within first 12 weeks)
- Ideally Pool Plant Operators (if not, you are expected to obtain within first 12 weeks)
- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

- Drive and motivation, ability to deliver against challenging objectives
- Ability to be creative, to identify problems and work to create solutions
- Evidence of actively working with others to improve collaboration internally and externally
- Experience of the management of leisure facilities
