Salary: Starting Salary is £32,597(Level one) rising to £35,412 (Level four) per annum ‘pro rata for part-time’ (pay award pending)

About the Role

We are looking for 5 Leadership Support Officers full time and 1 Leadership Support Officer part time, to provide a professional, proactive and efficient administrative support to Directors in Nottingham City Council. The role is hybrid and the expectation is at least three days in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment alongside colleagues, external partners and citizens.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Diary management/prioritising and meeting deadlines
  • Proven IT skills
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Experience of working flexibly and under pressure
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability toresearch, gather, summarise, and analyse data
  • Team working

This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role
