Contract Type: We have various contract types available including, permanent, fixed term and secondment opportunities.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Salary: Grade G - £36,363 per annum (Level one) rising to £39,152 per annum (Level four).

About the Role:
As a Housing Patch Manager (HPM) with Nottingham City Council Housing Services, you will manage a local patch, providing advice and support to sustain tenancies and taking enforcement action when necessary. You will have ownership for the overall standard and appearance of the estates and will work in partnership with local residents and stakeholders to ensure our estates are kept to the highest possible standard. This role will require you to be out and about on our estates daily - it's an independent job where you manage your own priorities. This is a challenging role but the rewards in terms of fulfilment are high, and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that your contribution really matters as everyone needs somewhere safe, decent and affordable to live. This is a role with the power to have a genuinely life-changing impact for our tenants whilst giving you the opportunity to support residents, strengthen neighbourhood connections, and drive positive community impact across Nottingham.
