About the Role

To work at the visitor attraction, Wollaton Hall & Deer Park to join the team to oversee the wide range of catering and hire operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors\' expectations. You will actively participate in the service and presentation of food and beverage products. You will supervise daily a small team of staff.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • the ability to work weekends, school holidays and some evenings in a busy environment
  • practical experience of catering and hire industry including production and service of excellent quality food and drink
  • supervisory experience including good people and communications skills
  • track record of exceptional customer service, drive and motivation
