We are looking for a school leader who:
- Can demonstrate leadership skills that motivate and inspire staff to achieve the highest standards of achievement for all children
- Has experience of leading and managing, and an awareness of the needs of a split site school
- Has experience and knowledge of working across the primary school population, including early years
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and will use these to continue to raise the profile of the school and further integrate it into the wider community
- Demonstrates a commitment to inclusion, with particular regard to SEND, EAL, Pupil Premium and will work in partnership with families, staff and the wider community to ensure that all children’s needs are met.
