Salary: NCC Grade F £32,597 - £35,412 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an FM Team Leader. This would entail the supervision, monitoring, and control of colleagues, equipment, and material resources to ensure that all accounts are serviced to a high standard. You will be responsible for Bulwell Riverside and working with the FMTL for various sites including The Council House, Byron House, Central Library, Broad Marsh Car Park, and the teams working there. You will be expected to have regular contact with the customers and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of staff, the PFI standards with partner organisations, and ensuring that KPI's are met.
