Overview
Children\’s social care plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of children within our community. As a Social Worker in the fieldwork service, you will provide intervention and support to children and their families involved in Child in Need, Child Protection or Child in Care plans, focusing on enabling families to navigate challenges and helping children grow up in a nurturing environment where their needs are met. You will build relationships with children and families and take a strengths-based approach to achieve positive outcomes. Our fieldwork service offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of Social Workers and partner agencies to safeguard children and meet their needs. Qualifications

- An enhanced DBS check is required
Benefits and Salary
- Salary: Starting £46,142 (Level 1) rising to £49,282 (Level 4) per annum (pro rata for part-time), with a welcome bonus of £3,250
- Good annual leave: 25–32 days plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave
