Salary: Starting Salary is £27,709 (Level one) rising to £28,608 (Level three) per annum (pro rata for part-time).

Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG.

About the Role:

To provide an effective Estates Rent service to support the effective management of the Council’s commercial and investment portfolios.

About You:

  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Professional and tactful when dealing with debtors and customers.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive in identifying improvements to processes.
  • Positive attitude and ability to act as an ambassador for the service.
