About the Role
As a Casual Premises Officer, you will work as part of a team responsible for maintenance, health and safety and compliance at Beaumanor Hall. You will also be responsible for helping to set up rooms, moving tables and chairs as necessary.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience of undertaking DIY and maintenance
- Have basic knowledge of health and safety
- Be able to establish rapport with customers
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Be able to lift and handle kitchen equipment and move dining furniture
- Literacy – sufficient to read and understand instructions, deal accurately with diary sheet/claim forms and enter data on to IT software/portals
- Ability to use initiative within scope of post and keep supervisor informed of appropriate matters
