About the Role
To provide a warm welcome, actively engage and deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors at our Heritage Sites in the cafes, shops and site. To maximise visitor’s enjoyment of our facilities, optimise opportunities to generate additional income and ensure that the site and assets are clean, safe and secure at all times.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- To work weekends, school holidays and occasional evenings
- Experience of frontline museums, visitor attractions, cafes and shops
- Able and willing to fully undertake all aspects of this varied role with drive and motivation
- Exceptional customer service, creativity and attention to detail
