About The Role

  • Deliver engaging Group Fitness classes instructing customers through a safe and effective class in a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Classes will be delivered in a group setting with a wide range of users.
  • Providing excellent customer service through professional standards being delivered at all times having a responsibility for the safety of customers participating in group fitness classes.

About You

  • Hold and maintain a current nationally recognised Level 2 fitness qualification for example Exercise to Music.
  • For Aquatic Fitness sessions hold a current National rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches or a National Pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Hold current qualification for specific classes taught.
  • Ability to deliver a safe, well-structured and progressive class.
  • Ability to screen customers and make decisions on participation and able to follow a safe exercise policy.
  • Ability to interact with individuals and groups in both formal and informal ways.
