Leicestershire County Council is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Co-ordinator to support primary schools with SEMH needs, embedding trauma-informed strategies to enhance learning, well-being and inclusive practices across the county.

You will be deployed to base locations in Shepshed and Earl Shilton, travel across the county, mentor teachers and support staff, and collaborate with senior leaders to prevent exclusions and promote successful reintegration for pupils with SEMH challenges.
