Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Returns Coordinator to join the Operations team at ESPO. You will manage the accurate processing of customer returns and failed deliveries, working closely with Customer Services, Transport and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain high-quality service.

You will analyse return data to identify trends, support continuous improvement initiatives and help prevent backlogs by implementing process improvements with the Operations and Customer.
