About the Role
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance and efficiency of Tree Services' arboricultural operations, supporting continuous improvement across both internal teams and external contractors.
- Bring proven customer service experience, with the ability to confidently handle multiple enquiries while delivering a high standard of customer care.
About You
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 4 Arboriculture qualification or above
- Contract management experience in an Arboriculture field
- Strong customer service and enquiry management experience
- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
- The role may require you to participate in the on call rota.
