About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Parking Support Hub, part of the wider Service Delivery function within Customer Services.
This is a high‑profile operational leadership role in Parking Services Support Hub, part of the wider Service Delivery function within Customer Services, supporting essential parking‑related services that directly impact residents, visitors and businesses across the city.
You will lead and manage a multi‑functional team, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer experience. You’ll play a key role in reviewing and improving business processes and systems, driving efficiencies, and embedding continuous improvement — all while ensuring statutory requirements and KPIs are consistently met.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys leading people, improving services, and making a tangible difference in a fast‑paced operational environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, creating high‑performing people and services
- A creative, solution‑focused approach, with experience of problem‑solving and continuous improvement
- Experience of developing and embedding effective business management systems to improve services and processes
- The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver change and service improvement
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage urgent issues and make sound decisions under pressure
