About the Role

To work as part of the Maintenance team to ensure the site is kept to a good standard for public and incoming companies, cast and crew. Assist staff with general upkeep of the building, carry out repairs from the maintenance log and liaise with contractors, for planned and reactive maintenance. Performing regular compliance checks such as asbestos or legionella as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· Ability to work as part of the team and on your own initiative, problem solving with experience of a similar maintenance background.

· Experience with tools and an understanding of basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.

· Experience and ability to liaise with contractors, staff and members of the public.

· Knowledge of Health and Safety.
