Salary: Starting Salary is £26,824 rising to £27,694 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) (Pay award pending)

About the Role

To manage administrative and financial processes for Resident Services Commercial customers including issuing invoices, credit notes and dealing with customer queries. To provide a high level of customer service in order to retain customers and maximise income recovery. This includes managing credit control and debt recovery processes and associated customer service and retention duties.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries effectively.
  • Knowledge of debt recovery, credit control processes and income collection practices.
  • Experience of working with financial processes, including invoicing, credit notes, payments and refunds.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues by telephone, in writing and face to face.
  • Experience of using computerised financial systems and processing accurate data.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, including the use of spreadsheets and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
