Role: Assistive Technology Support Officer
Contract Type: Fixed term contract/internal secondment opportunity for a period of 18 months
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Grade E - Starting Salary is £28,598 (Level one) rising to £31,022 (Level four) per annum

About the Role
The postholder will support the Assistive Technology Development Manager to provide a customer focused service for Assistive Technology customers. We will look to you to provide existing and new customers with information on Assistive Technology (AT) to allow them to select the correct product packages for their needs while also supporting in the ongoing research for new and innovative AT solutions for the team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Awareness and understanding of the needs of people with long term conditions to enable them to live independently
- Customer focused on reaching resolutions to issues
- Experience of or have the skills to implement recording systems, monitoring actions and outcomes to support with measuring and monitor performance of service delivery
- Knowledge of Assistive Technology and the impact it can have in managing peoples long term conditions.
- Experience of working with different agencies and organisations to achieve shared goals
