We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual's to join our management team's as an Assistant Manager. In this exciting role, you'll help lead the delivery of high-quality leisure services across Nottingham, supporting colleagues to provide safe, welcoming and engaging environments for our customers.

You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring teams, driving performance, and ensuring our facilities operate safely, efficiently and effectively. Working closely with colleagues across the service, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of creating healthier, happier and more active communities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • First Aid at Work, if not you are expected to obtain within first 12 weeks
  • Ideally Pool Plant Operators, if not you are expected to obtain within first 12 weeks
  • A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

Essential Criteria

  • Drive and motivation, ability to deliver against challenging objectives
  • Ability to be creative, to be able to identify problems and work to create solutions
  • Evidence of actively working with others to improve collaboration internally and externally
  • Experience of the management of leisure facilities
