About the Role
Beaumanor Activities offer exciting outdoor educational programmes on a day visit and residential basis. You are applying for the Overnight Duty Team member to assist visiting groups staying residentially should they require help. An enhanced with barred list DBS check is required for this post.
About You
- Have a good standard of education.
- Have relevant experience of instructing/teaching and working with young people.
- Have an interest in learning outside of the classroom.
- Be able to build effective relationships with others and have a desire to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience to be able to liaise with the general public and customers.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Be able to display a professional attitude and the ability to remain calm and rational under pressure.
In addition, we expect you to share our commitment to our values and to delivering accessible and inclusive services which meet the needs of all of our residents. You will be asked to demonstrate your understanding of these commitments as part of the selection process.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
