About the Role
First Contact Plus is a triage and signposting service for residents of Leicestershire offering them referrals and signposting to support services around a range of issues. As an Integrated Lifestyle Advisor, you will be communicating with customers through a range of different methods to ascertain their needs and support them appropriately. The range of support we offer includes:
- Improving Health
- Benefits
- Debt and Managing Money
- Feeling Safe

About You
To apply for this post, you must have:
- NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification or relevant experience
- Experience of liaising with customers using a variety of methods
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role or environment
- Experience of accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information to meet organisational and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be competent in using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Able to adapt to dealing with all kinds of customers in order to assist them adequately
