About the Role
The role is to work as part of an integrated team to provide a range of home/centre-based family support interventions that contribute to achieving an improvement in outcomes for children, young people, and families. A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
About You
To apply for this post, you must have:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB/NVQ3) or equivalent
- Experience of working with parents and children
- Understanding of social and environmental factors that have an effect on vulnerable children, young people and families.
- Organisational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with children, young people, parents, colleagues and other professionals
- Ability to work with a range of professionals and engage in multidisciplinary work
