About the Role

To support the project team in delivering Minor and Major works projects, using K2 to order works, track and administer payments, order and advise on Ecological surveys and provide project updates to the Programme Management Office.

About You

To apply for this post, you must be able to evidence in your application how you meet the following criteria:

  • Ensure that agreed project management methods, standards and processes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle from project start up to closure and review.
  • Manage, procure the production of all required surveys, interpret the surveys and report the findings and recommendations to the project officers.
  • Set up and maintain project filing, recording, and reporting systems ensuring appropriate application of configuration management principles and practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and update key project documentation including risk & issue logs, action & decision logs, change control records, benefits plan and other key documents.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain systems for recording, monitoring, and reporting project costs, providing monthly reports to the hard FM manager.
  • Manage and resolve all invoice queries that arise from external consultants and contractors.
  • Support the Project Manager in the production of / provide appropriate reports, including highlight, exception, project closure and any other key reports.
  • To manage and facilitate the flow of essential information within the project and to the Hard FM manager by ensuring the relevant updates and requests for information are provided in a timely manner.
