- Allocate and co-ordinate work with appropriate response.
- Provide handover to the next shift and escalate any issues or concerns to the Senior Coordinators or out-of-hours HART Manager as appropriate.
- Embed collaborative working with health partners and other stakeholders.

- Provide advice and guidance to other Referral, Duty & Programming and Service Contact and Triage staff as appropriate.
It is an important role in the day to day running of the service which operates 365 days of the year from 7am to 10:30pm with a rolling rota shift pattern which includes regular weekends, early, late and day shifts and bank holidays. A flexible approach to work, access to a vehicle and drivers’ licence and an Enhanced DBS is required.
