About the Role
To provide a welcoming and customer-friendly environment within the bar and point of sale of tickets. To be an integral part of the FoH team, providing first-rate customer service at all times including the checking/sale of customers' tickets and other general front of house duties including the promotion and upselling of forthcoming events.
About You

- Experienced in customer service, cash handling, reconciling floats
- Experience of working in a bar/catering operation
- Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Good communication and team working skills
