Salary: Starting at 6,873.07 (Level one), increasing annually to 6,979.59 (Level two), and 7,091.71 (Level three) (FTE per annum pro rata for part-time)

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a key member of our School Cleaning Team, responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring they have necessary materials, monitoring standards, providing training, and organizing cover as needed. You will also manage stock levels and communicate effectively with on-site staff and the FM Team Leader.

Full training will be provided.

Your main duties include:

• Maintaining high standards and exceptional service delivery
• Monitoring attendance and punctuality
• Conducting induction and refresher training for staff
• Performing sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Cleaning tables, touchpoints, toilets, and washrooms
• Refilling consumables like soap, towels, and toilet paper
• Emptying waste bins
• Using vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and rotary machines
• Performing high and low-level dusting

A DBS enhanced check is required for this regulated activity role.
