About the Role
A practical, first line supervisory post, to ensure that Goods Out function is completed efficiently and in a timely manner, in accord with current priorities and requirements.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- Proven relevant experience in a large fast-moving distribution warehouse, working with planned vehicle loads and zone picking
- Sound knowledge of large distribution warehouse systems and procedures, including warehouse functions
- Good motivator of staff to achieve required output and KPI targets
- Numerate for accurate use of numbers - be able to carry out basic math
- Positive can do approach to achieve team objectives
We would also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
