Join Our Team as an Assistive Technology Community Care Officer.
Contract Type: Fixed term contract/internal secondment opportunity for a period of 24 months.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker.
Salary: Starting Salary is £32,597 (Level one) rising to £35,412 (Level four) per annum, (Pay Award Pending) plus a generous benefits package including a local government pension scheme, annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.
Location: Harvey Road (NG8 3BB) is the base location for this role, but postholders would be expected to be able to regularly visit tenants' homes and other sites across Nottingham City.

About The Role: Support the Assistive Technology Development Manager to provide a customer-focused service. Responsible for the analysis of data on citizen activities and behaviours to determine patterns of behaviour and areas of concern. You will act as the liaison with social care professionals to support their assessment decisions based on the citizen data as well as installing and de-installing pro-active care solution equipment.
About You: What we are looking for:
- Experience working with adults in a social care/health/voluntary sector setting.
- Experience of working with adults experiencing a range of difficulties relating to learning disability, mental health, substance misuse and physical health problems.
- The ability to undertake adult-focused assistive technology assessments in relation to the needs of adults and their carers within a person-centred approach.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and to provide effective evidence regarding decision making.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and to work autonomously.
