Contract Type: Fixed term contract for a period of 2 years.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week - You will be required to work these hours in accordance with the needs and requirements of the service, between the hours of 6am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: Grade G - Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level one) rising to £39,152 (Level four) per annum.
Location: Harvey Road (NG8 3BB).
About the Role: As an experienced Roofer, you will contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing, and the achievement of high levels of tenant satisfaction, improving the landlord and tenant relationships, and protecting health and safety. You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of roofing works including stripping carefully old roofs and installing new roof coverings, carrying out day to day planned roofing works, repairs, fascia works and guttering works. We will also look to you to use elements of the skills of other general trades to meet the target of first-time fix where it is efficient and appropriate to do so.
About You: The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working in all aspects of roofing works.
- Qualified, certified & trained to NVQ3 or C&G Advance Craft.
- Full and valid driving licence.
- Experience of communicating with customers with differing needs.
- Experience of carrying out investigations and tests to identify faults and the root cause of issues and implement lasting solutions.
- A well-organised and methodical approach to completing tasks and prioritisation skills.
