Weβre building a new First Line Risk & Compliance team β and we need an inspiring Senior Manager to help shape it from the ground up. You'll lead and develop a small team, guide how we embed strong risk behaviours across the organisation, and play a pivotal role in creating a confident, empowered first line that truly owns and manages its risks. - Leading and developing a high-performing first line risk & compliance team, shaping capability, confidence and culture.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them understand risks, make well-informed decisions, and role-model strong risk behaviours.
- Driving the establishment and maturity of the new First Line Risk & Compliance function, ensuring clear roles, proactive engagement, and effective ways of working.
- Turning complex regulatory requirements into simple, practical guidance that helps the business operate safely without slowing it down.
- Championing a strong, consistent risk culture β supporting teams across the organisation to own their risks, strengthen controls and learn from issues.
- Leading insight-driven risk reporting that brings clarity, highlights themes, and strengthens governance.
- Guiding incident and issue management, ensuring high-quality root cause analysis and a focus on continuous improvement.
