Position Overview: Business Development Manager (Field North West) to join our Mortgage Intermediary team covering the North West region of England. Applicants must reside in or near the following areas: BB /BL/ CH/ CW/ FY/ HD/ HX/ L/ LL/ M/ OL/ PR/ SK/ SY/ WA/ WN.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new mortgage business from the intermediary market.
- Promoting mortgage products and identifying fresh business opportunities.
- Building strong, positive and productive relationships with brokers.
- Supporting the Society's growth strategy through proactive business development.
- Representing our brand in the intermediary market and raising product awareness.
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure smooth processes.
- Bringing energy, ambition and drive to help shape and grow our BDM function.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales and customer experience outcomes.
- Experience leading highâperforming teams with a confident, inspiring leadership style.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholderâmanagement skills at a senior level.
- Background in financial services with experience in an external sales environment (including prospecting) and a strong sales track record.
- Comfortable building relationships, developing business and working autonomously.
- Able to interpret performance data and use insight to drive action.
