- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in enterprise level strategy, value creation, P&L drivers, investment allocation and ROI.
- Marketing Excellence: Deep expertise in proposition development, go to market launches, full funnel growth, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Data, Digital & AI Fluency: Strong command of first party data strategy, segmentation, experimentation and AI or automation for personalisation and optimisation.
- Matrix & Executive Leadership: Confident influencing at Exec level, aligning cross functional teams, setting clear measures and driving accountability.
- Creative & Storytelling Leadership: Able to lead distinctive brand building, insight driven storytelling and high craft creative standards.
- Change & Transformation Capability: Experienced in operating model redesign, capability building and improving processes and governance.
- Proven Track Record: Led multi-disciplinary marketing teams in regulated industries, delivered brand evolution, built always on data driven marketing, influenced ExCo or Board, and grown talent.
