This pivotal role within the transformation team involves defining best practices across both agile and waterfall deliverables. As a coach and mentor, the individual will be instrumental in nurturing and developing the team's skills, empowering them to advance their careers. By fostering a positive and collaborative culture within the centre of excellence, they will encourage team members to share ideas and best practices from their delivery teams. Additionally, they will collaborate with delivery leads across agile and waterfall teams to ensure resources are provided at the right time, while effectively managing associated risks.
