  • Partner with stakeholders to map processes, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Use data to convert complex information into clear insights and practical actions Lead the development and implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance performance Apply Lean, Six Sigma and other structured methodologies to deliver sustainable change Assess change impact on colleagues and customers and ensure effective implementation Facilitate workshops to generate innovative solutions and consensus Develop cases for change and present benefits, costs, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders Monitor benefits realization and adjust approaches as needed Collaborate with Business Architects to identify value within the Target Operating Model Coach teams in continuous improvement tools and best practices Develop and evolve improvement methods, templates, and playbooks for consistent delivery Tasks Five years or more of experience shaping and delivering business improvement in a large, complex organisation Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements and sustainable change Strong analytical capability to interpret data and turn insight into recommendations Experience in options analysis and benefits management with value, cost, risk and time-to-benefit considerations Strong commercial awareness and understanding of organisational impact Experience securing senior leadership buy-in and accountability for improvement initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams Strong influencing, relationship-building, planning and organisational skills Excellent written and visual communication for compelling change cases Certification or equivalent training in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BA (BCS/IIBA) or Change Management (ADKAR); Agile or PRINCE2 advantageous Key requirements Excellent annual leave allowance Flexible working opportunities Generous pension scheme Enhanced parental pay Employee assistance program Health cash plan
