This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced admissions professional to oversee the delivery of a seamless admissions experience at Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London's leading independent girls' day schools.
As Admissions and Marketing Officer (Admissions Lead), you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and high‑quality admissions service for prospective students and their families.
You will lead the day‑to‑day admissions process, manage enquiries, coordinate school visits and admissions events, and guide families through every stage of the admissions journey, converting interest into enrolment to maximise student recruitment.
With a strong focus on customer experience, you will use the school's CRM system to manage enquiries effectively, track engagement and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
You will communicate the school's Vision, Mission, Aims and ethos with confidence, promoting the benefits of an all‑girls' education and the value of being part of the Girls' Day School Trust (GDST).
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Coordinate open days, taster sessions, interviews and other prospective family engagement events.
- Utilise the school's CRM to record and track enquiries, maintain data integrity and generate reports.
- Provide a welcoming, efficient and high‑quality experience to prospective families.
- Collaborate with admissions teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities across the admissions journey.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR requirements relating to admissions and student records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of leading or supporting an admissions process within an educational environment.
- Strong commitment to outstanding customer service and a track record of coordinating engagement events.
- Confidence in using CRM systems, digital tools, databases and spreadsheets to manage admissions records and produce reports.
- Sound understanding of the admissions journey and the importance of providing a welcoming, efficient and high‑quality experience for prospective families.
- Good knowledge of data protection and GDPR requirements relating to admissions and student records.
- Ability to work independently and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
