Notting Hill Genesis is expanding its Complaints Service with a new Resolution Team Manager role in London.

You will lead a team focused on delivering promised outcomes, manage post-decision actions, and ensure commitments are followed through for residents, MPs, Councillors and the Executive Board.

You will oversee complex cases, coach staff, and collaborate with NHG colleagues to drive service improvements while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
