The opportunity
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted financial adviser to senior leaders and operational teams.
You will develop a detailed understanding of the area you support, helping colleagues manage financial performance, make informed decisions and deliver their strategic and operational priorities.

You will bring constructive challenge, commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach, ensuring financial plans support both the objectives of your business area and the wider priorities of Notting Hill Genesis.
What you could be doing
Your responsibilities may include
- Acting as a trusted financial partner and adviser to directors, senior leaders and budget holders.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, business planning and management reporting for your designated business areas.
- Analysing financial and operational information to identify risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
- Supporting leaders to improve financial performance and achieve value for money.
- Providing clear financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Constructively challenging assumptions, proposals and investment decisions.
- Developing flexible reporting and financial models that respond to changing business requirements.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships across Finance and the wider organisation.
- Supporting business cases, transformation programmes and major projects.
- Helping to embed a customer-focused and commercially aware culture across the organisation.
- What weβre looking for
- We are interested in hearing from finance professionals who can demonstrate:
- A CCAB-recognised accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA, with relevant continuing professional development.
- Strong finance business partnering, management accounting or commercial finance experience.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and providing effective, evidence-based challenge.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations.
- Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
- A collaborative approach and a strong record of building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced Excel capability; experience of D365, Power BI or similar systems would be advantageous.
- The confidence to operate strategically while maintaining a strong understanding of operational detail.
