Notting Hill Genesis is recruiting a Disrepair Liaison Coordinator to support our disrepair service, coordinating activity between contractors, frontline teams and stakeholders to keep cases progressing and residents receiving timely, high-quality service. You will monitor KPIs, manage purchase orders and reporting, log enquiries, and help drive improvements by analysing information from contractors and operations.
