As a Leasehold Manager, you'll lead, manage and inspire a team of Property Managers to deliver high‑quality, resident‑focused leasehold services. You'll make sure leaseholders feel heard, supported and confident that issues are owned and resolved from start to finish. Acting as an ambassador for leaseholders, you'll drive positive change and continuous improvement across your portfolio. You'll also be the go‑to subject matter expert on leasehold, property and service charge matters, guiding your team through complex cases and balancing resident needs with business priorities. Your leadership will be key to improving customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent outcomes for leaseholders.

How you'll do it:

  • Lead, motivate and support a team of Property Managers to deliver consistent, high‑quality leasehold services.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism and continuous improvement, aligned to the Customer Strategy and KPIs.
  • Act as a visible leader and advocate for leaseholders, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee service charge setting and income collection within your portfolio, ensuring charges are fair, accurate and reasonable.
  • Maintain oversight of repairs, ASB and safeguarding, ensuring leaseholders and homes are safe and teams follow agreed procedures.
  • Use customer satisfaction data and performance insight to identify issues, implement improvements and embed learning.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven leadership experience delivering excellent services and achieving strong KPI outcomes.
  • Experience managing a housing, leasehold or multi‑tenure team delivering services to residents.
  • Successful staff development and performance management experience.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret leases, contracts and management agreements, and manage external stakeholders accordingly.
  • Evidence of delivering service improvements in a customer‑focused environment.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
